Salary administration
Oxford University operates a main salary and grading structure based on a National Pay Spine (the current pay spine may be downloaded from Related Links).
Salaries are uplifted in line with national agreements on an annual basis (the 'cost of living allowance' or COLA), normally in August, or April for clinical grades.
