Bus pass scheme
University employees can purchase discounted bus passes through the University.

Train pass scheme
The University has negotiated a staff discount off the standard price of most annual rail season tickets to Oxford. Passes available for the scheme and current prices can be found on the University train pass scheme page.
Season ticket scheme
The University offers an interest free loan for the purchase of season tickets that are not available through the bus or train pass schemes.
Bicycle loan scheme
The University operates a bicycle loan scheme enabling employees to purchase bicycles and related equipment with an interest free loan repaid via payroll.
Bicycle repair scheme
Staff are eligible for a discount on services provided by the Mobile Mechanic, who carries out repairs to bicycles around the University.
Car parking
Car parking in the University is restricted to holders of a valid permit. There are some permits available to University employees. However, these are limited and are allocated on the basis of need.
Car-sharing
A formal car-sharing scheme is available through the Journeyshare scheme.
