Our Services

The HRIS Support Centre provides systems and business process support and user training for more than 400 users based across central teams, divisions and departments.

The main system we support is CoreHR which underpins the administration of staff recruitment and equality monitoring, personnel transactions such as new starters, contractual changes and leavers, the University’s payroll, some internal training administration, and the University’s annual staff HESA return. 

We also support applicants in their use of the e-Recruitment system and the HRIS Data Services team (a sub-section of the Support Centre) supports a number of departments by undertaking some of their data entry responsibilities, as well as supporting other University-wide data quality initiatives.

We work closely with a number of other teams and departments across the University such as the Reward Team, the Equality and Diversity UnitHR Information Team, and the Payroll Team.
