Support Statistics

In addition to job applicants, the HRIS Support Centre supports users of the personnel, recruitment, payroll, training administration and HESA modules in CoreHR. The graphs below provide an overview of the volume of incidents or queries dealt with by the HRIS Support Centre. Please note that due to a recent change in Service Management Tool the Incident stats are currently being redeveloped.

The graph below shows the total number of queries (incidents) raised with the HRIS Support Centre against the total number of incidents resolved, by calendar month:

The graph below shows the number of incidents raised by users in each calendar month by category. It highlights that Personnel incidents represent the highest proportion of queries received.

Total number of Vacancies processed using the CoreHR system over the last 12 months = 3,437

Training Administration

Total number of Courses administered through CoreHR, delivered in the last 12 months = 555

Total number of Delegates who booked to attend the above courses = 5,480
