Support Statistics
In addition to job applicants, the HRIS Support Centre supports users of the personnel, recruitment, payroll, training administration and HESA modules in CoreHR. The graphs below provide an overview of the volume of incidents or queries dealt with by the HRIS Support Centre. Please note that due to a recent change in Service Management Tool the Incident stats are currently being redeveloped.
