British Academy

Time Limits

The British Academy expects deposits to be offered for deposit “within a reasonable time after the completion of a project”, in a suitable research repository, (and indicate whether they have been accepted or a waiver granted).

Data Management Plan?

A data management plan is not required as part of the application process – we simply require confirmation that if the primary product of the research will be a digital resource, guidance has been obtained on appropriate standards and methods.

Access/Data Sharing

It is a condition of award that digital resources created as a result of research funded by the Academy be deposited in an appropriately accessible repository. Applicants should ensure that any necessary technical advice is obtained before commencing work that involves the creation of digital resources.
