Guidelines for Departmental Administrators/Approvers
The Departmental Approver Form for Electronic Grant Application Systems
(70kb) should be used to authorise departmental/divisional staff to take on the role of Departmental/Divisional Approver in the electronic grant application systems noted below and approve and submit research grant applications and accept awards (and other documents associated with the research grant lifecycle) on behalf of the department/division. This form can also be used to amend or remove access. Please use one form per user. The form replaces the EDS 1 & 2 and EDS 3 forms.
