Who should I contact about what?

The Science Area office based at 9 Parks Road provides first-line local support on grant applications and awards, contracts and intellectual property issues to all MPLS departments and the Medical Sciences Division's pre-clinical departments. The office also provides support to research activities at the Oxford University Begbroke Science Park.

The first point of contact regarding grant applications and awards, including sponsor requirements, electronic submissions, costings, award set-ups and extensions should be one of the team's research funding staff below.

Queries relating to the negotiation of research-related agreements (such as confidential disclosure agreements, material transfer agreements, collaboration agreements, and research funding agreements), and general IP matters should be directed in the first instance to a contracts specialist.
