We have a wide range of audio visual equipment, technology and lighting options to support your event. Whether it is an awards ceremony, large AGM, academic conference, gala dinner or something else, our team would be happy to work with you to design a bespoke package or alternatively you can choose from our fixed priced options in our AV and technology guide.
Day delegate rates and room hire costs are inclusive of basic AV equipment – laptops, projectors, screens, staging, lecterns, PA systems, whiteboards, flipcharts, microphones and WIFI access for 200 users. If required we can provide an induction hearing loop system in any rooms.
Other services we provide include:
-hiring of DVD, CD players and plasma screens or other AV equipment
-video and audio recording of talks
-video conference facilities
-architectural lighting and set panels for stages
-interactive voting and silent auction technology
