The grand history, enchanting architecture and versatile space of the University of Oxford’s Examination Schools make it a popular venue choice for local, national and international conference organisers. We are delighted to now offer prospective clients the opportunity to take a virtual tour of our building through our new promotional video. Designed to convey the size and scale of the Examination Schools, as well as highlight the buildings unique features and flexibility, we hope that you will find this a valuable experience, before visiting us in person.

| Improved AV and technology services now available |

Getting the right AV and technology to support your event is an important consideration. The Examination Schools room hire and Day Delegate Rates are inclusive of basic AV equipment (laptop, projector, screen, staging, lectern, PA systems, microphones and WIFI access for up to 200 users). However we can now offer wider facilities including:
- audio and video recording video conferencingsupplementary lighting packages designed for specific rooms and types of functions (eg gala dinners etc)multi coloured set panels and bespoke staginginteractive voting and silent auction technology

| A madly busy March... |

Last month was a particular busy month for the conference team. We were pleased to welcome back a number of old faces including the Oxford Neuroscience Symposium who held a one day academic event for over 300 people and the Skoll World Forum with their leading week-long social entrepreneurship conference. New faces we welcomed for the first time included local estate agents Savills who held a staff day for their Oxford office, the Bodleian Libraries and the Royal Institute of British Architects who held a one day meeting.
