Room booking system
The Examination Schools has introduced a new online room booking system for internal Oxford University staff. The new system enables:
- administrators to book a lecture during term time
- internal staff of the Examination Schools to book a staff meeting room
When entering the room booking system you will be asked for your username and password. Please have this ready. If you are looking to book a lecture and do not know your password please contact your department administrator. If you are a member of staff at the Examination Schools and do not know your password then please contact the Events team on 01865 276909 or by emailing Ralph.watson@admin.ox.ac.uk
Log on to the room booking system.
You should contact the Events team directly if you are a University department looking to book:
- a lecture that is outside of term time or outside of working hours (5.00pm onwards). Please read our Late lecture guidelines
