Regulations for Fines and Compensation Imposed Under Statute XI

Amended on 15 January 2009, 11 June 2009 (date of effect 1 October 2009) and 30 July 2009

1. The combined amount of any fine and/or compensation which the Proctors may impose under section 25 (3) (a) of Statute XI shall be up to a maximum of £300.

2. The maximum laid down in regulation 1 above shall be reviewed annually by the Proctors.
