Pirie-Reid is a small trust fund, which is used for a scholarships benefiting Scottish students coming to Oxford.

Students domiciled or educated in Scotland.

Preference is given to students who have not studied at Oxford before.

Value

A small number of full or partial awards will be made. Full scholarships cover University and college fees, normally at the "home student" rates, and provide a grant for maintenance, subject to assessment of other sources of income. Partial awards are usually for fees only.

About the donor  

The Pirie-Reid trust fund is managed by Wells Fargo in San Francisco. Since the death of Mrs Constance Pirie-Reid in 1975, the trust has funded scholarships, in memory of her husband.
