Colleges are able to log in to eVision using their Oxford Single Sign-on to view ceremony invitation lists, view how student bookings are progressing for each ceremony, gather information to assist with organising in-college celebrations, place college holds and view flags for University holds.
The Degree Ceremony User Manual includes information on what students see when booking their ceremony via eVision. Guidance on the underlying process for degree ceremony bookings is available for college staff on the WebLearn site.

Frequently asked questions about using eVision
What is eVision used for?
Staff and students use eVision for Degree Ceremony bookings. eVision is the University’s new student records system which will be used to support all the major stages in the student lifecycle from August 2014, replacing Student Self Service and the Oracle Student System used by staff.
How do I know which username and password to use to login to eVision?
Staff and students will use their Oxford Username credentials to access eVision. These details are sometimes referred to as your Single Sign-on, Nexus or SSO account and are used to access weblearn, email and many other University resources.
I can't get past the webauth login screen.
There may be a number of reasons you can't get past the Webauth Verify Personal Details screen. Further information and guidance is available on the IT services website.
I've forgotten my password, how do I reset it?
The Webauth page at https://webauth.ox.ac.uk/reset_password allows you to change your Oxford Username password.
