Metalworking Fluids including Cutting Oils
Exposure to metalworking fluids (for example in engineering cutting oils) can cause:
- Irritation of the skin and dermatitis
- Asthma
Individuals who may be exposed to such fluids through their work must undertake a risk assessment and consider whether they require Health Surveillance under COSHH .
