University projects in public vote for UK’s best building

The Blavatnik School of Government and the Weston Library are facing a public vote launched by the BBC in the run-up to the Royal Institute of British Architects’ (RIBA) Stirling prize announcement.

The two University buildings are among a shortlist of six for the prestigious prize which will be revealed next week (6 October).

A line-up of expert judges will decide the winner but the BBC is inviting the public to vote for their favourite. You can vote by clicking here.

RIBA was formed as a charity for the advancement of architecture. It campaigns for the government to improve building standards and works with its members who are professional architects.
