Second public consultation for refurbishment of 25 wellington square

Following its first public consultation event in July, the University and its design team have reviewed all feedback and have progressed with the design development for 25 Wellington Square.

The building is currently occupied for retail purposes on the ground floor, and graduate accommodation on the upper floors. The University is looking to progress works to upgrade the interior and associated services, and also to address the environmental performance of the building.

The University is now inviting the public to a consultation session to review and comment on the evolving design proposals. This session will provide an opportunity to meet members of the University and the team of consultants as well as to give feedback.

The public consultation session is taking place as follows:

  • Wednesday 18 October 2017 between 4.30pm and 7.30pm


  • Cohen Quadrangle, Walton Street, Oxford, OX2 6GG.

The nearest public car park is Worcester Street.

We welcome feedback on the proposals and a hardcopy feedback form will be available at the consultation sessions.

The University will review all feedback and will take it into account before the revised designs are developed into a planning application.
