Meanwhile Matthew Moxon from the Finance team received a certificate after successfully completing his three-year apprenticeship. Nick Baldwin received the 2nd Year Apprentice Award on Emma’s behalf, in recognition of her excellent performance over the last year. ‘Emma is extremely hard working, conscientious and reliable and shows competency and professionalism in everything she does,’ commented Daniel Winter, University Parks Superintendent. ‘From the outset, Emma has shown she has the ability to learn new processes very quickly and has a really good understanding of the workings of the department as a whole. An invaluable member of the team.'

Robert Malloy, Print Studio Manager, and Jordan Morris, who last year won the First Year Apprentice Award, also collected the Apprenticeship Manager’s Special Award, which recognises those who have made an outstanding contribution to promoting Apprenticeships across the University. Both are pictured above collecting their award.

‘The print studio have been amazing supporters of Apprenticeships,’ said Clive Shepherd, the University's Apprenticeship Manager. ‘Not only do they talk the talk – they walk the walk, employing one (and soon to be two) apprentices. They also always support Apprenticeship events – both ours and the Oxfordshire Apprenticeship Awards – by getting involved and producing fantastic promotional material.’
