Estates Services launches customer survey

Estates Services is conducting its annual survey of customer satisfaction.

As usual, customers have the opportunity to go into detail about specific services they have received, and how satisfied they were with them.

This year there is also a new option, based on feedback from previous surveys, to give general feedback rather than choosing individual service areas. This is intended to help customers who have made limited use of several service areas, rather than used a small number of services heavily.

Many customers have already been contacted by email, Estates Services customers who would like to take part should feel free to fill in the survey online.
