Estates Services News published

The latest issue of the termly customer newsletter Estates Services News has been published, and can be accessed online.

The newsletter aims to update people across the University on what the various teams that make up the department have been working on, and how this benefits the University as a whole.

This edition includes stories on everything from the success of the long-term project to get Customer Service Excellence accreditation for all teams within Estates Services and the University’s stellar performance at the CIBSE Building Performance Awards to the appointment of a new Head of FM, the impending arrival of ‘bee hotels’ all over town and the rescue of another college lawn from chafer grub infestation.
