IT solutions for Facilities Management

FM Online is the customer facing web site of the Planon Facilities Management software managed by Estates Services and is available to all Estates Services managed buildings. Planon is used by a number of Departments and is hosted by IT Services.

FM Online provides our customers with an easy to use tool for:

  • booking meeting rooms

  • ordering hospitality, either linked to a meeting room or as an independent order

  • reporting building related works covering both hard and soft FM issues via an the FM Helpdesk

  • planning maintenance by FM Managers

  • booking car parking
